By joining the Roslyn Landmark Society, you will be helping to preserve the history and the historic landscape of the Roslyn Villages, maintaining the wonderful quality of life it offers residents and visitors alike.

The Society had a great year in 2009 and with your help we will have an even better one in 2010. We have a number of important projects on the horizon, exciting educational programs (for a list of upcoming speakers go to the Events Calender tab on this web site), day trips, special events and restoration projects, like recent successful efforts to bring 130 Mott Avenue, on the National Historic Register, back to life. At present, we are deeply involved in the restoration of the Roslyn Grist Mill, the Jerusha Dewey Cottage, the Cedarmere Mill, and the Cedarmere Garage/Carriage House. In order to make these projects possible, we need your help!  That is why we are asking you to consider raising the level of your membership this year.

Membership Fees and Benefits*

Your contribution ensures that you will receive all of the mailing from the Society, including notices of upcoming membership meetings, lectures, trips, special events, and projects.  We have exciting speakers and programs planned.  Also, and most importantly, your membership dollars are needed in order for the Landmark Society to continue its ongoing mission of preserving and protecting the historic resources centered in Roslyn and Long Island's North Shore.
