Worked continued on the six lots surrounding the Mackay Estate Gate Lodge on the east side and west side of Mimosa Drive. The rear of the graffiti-filled gate lodge can now be seen from the road.

Six new homes are being planned on the former location of the Country Estates Swim Club off Mimosa Drive. As seen in the above photo, construction crews have begun work on lot #1 and lot #2.
The property owners of the six lots have deeded the adjacent Mackay Estate Gate Lodge to the Village of East Hills.
