Island Contracting moved over one ton of pool equipment, heater, filters and debris from the basement of the Mackay Estate Gate Lodge to its terrace last week. These services were donated by Island Contractor's owner John Santos, co-president of the Roslyn Landmark Society.
On Friday, the debris was taken away by the Village of East Hills Department of Highways.
