Historic Roslyn residence asks $1.3M
A fully renovated historic home in Roslyn is on the market for $1.298 million. The annual property taxes are $15,357.
Built in 1836, the house sits on a 0.34-acre lot on Main Street. It was owned by Capt. James W. Smith, who was a commanding officer of the Hempstead Harbor Militia and a tailor in the village, according to the Roslyn Landmark Society.
