Architect Samuel Warner purchased this property and designed this caretaker's cottage for his daughter Emma who lived in the nearby Bonnieview house. Latter this property became the Belrose estate owned by Solomon and Bella Rosenbaum. the cottage continued to serve as the caretaker's cottage.

The Vienna Restaurant formerly The Chalet

Is that the Chalet Vienna
Now called Vienna of Roslyn. Was The Chalet for decades. Photographer was across Railroad avenue near the train tracks. Original owner was Clarence Mackay, I believe
