Roslyn Village Motel 2

The Bell Hotel was owned by I.W. Bell and built by Benjamin Speedling around 1885. Hotel was called "Bayview House" in 1892 and renamed Bell House by 1905.

Roslyn Village Motel is the current occupant of the building. The motel was profiled by The New York Times in 2007.
