The only know cemetery in Flower Hill has ten known gravesites with internments dating from 1798 to 1896. It has also been called the Old Cemetery at Flower Hill and the Burtis Cemetery.
It is located on Old Country Club Drive adjacent to the North Hempstead Country Club.
