Over two million makeup and mascara products were produced and sold from this 315,000 square-foot Helena Rubinstein plant, which opened in 1953 as the company's headquarters and plant.

The plant was sold in 1980 to the Pall Corporation, becoming their corporate headquarters until 2009. The building was converted in 2012 into a multiuse office complex.
