According to Newsday, federal funding is coming to Roslyn and neighboring communities following the passage of a recent congressional appropriations package that directs more than $15 million toward infrastructure and public safety projects across Nassau County. As part of this funding, the Village of Roslyn will receive $864,000 to repair nearly 10 miles of aging sewer pipe, some of which has been in service since the 1940s. These improvements will help protect water quality and support the long-term health of the community.
