This weekend, your coffee order comes with a splash of history.
From Friday, November 6 through Sunday, November 8, Sweet Harbor Coffee is serving the Roslyn Latte, a vanilla latte topped with vanilla cold foam, with proceeds going toward the restoration of the Van Nostrand-Starkins House.
Owner Alexis Jensen grew up in Roslyn, and after years in Brooklyn’s coffee scene, she and her husband, Joe, brought it home to Old Northern Boulevard last fall.
When they heard the Landmark Society was raising funds for repairs to the Van Nostrand-Starkins House, they offered to help.
Stop by Sweet Harbor Coffee at 1353 Old Northern Boulevard, order a Roslyn Latte, and tag @roslynlandmarksociety and @sweetharborcoffee on Instagram so we can drink in all of your support!
If you can’t make it, you can give directly to the Van Nostrand-Starkins House through our fundraising campaign, where every gift goes toward the house’s care.
Thank you to this community, and to Sweet Harbor Coffee, for all of your support.
