On June 4, 2025, the Roslyn Landmark Society met with Christina Stenson-Carey and Traci Christian from the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) to review progress to date on the Roslyn Grist Mill restoration project.
In December 2024, the Roslyn Landmark Society was awarded $675,000 for Phase III of the Roslyn Grist Mill restoration project by the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP), reserved through the Environmental Protection Fund Grant Program for Parks, Preservation and Heritage (EPF) in Round XIV of the Regional Economic Development Council (REDC) Initiative. During the visit, members of the Society's Board of Trustees and staff had the opportunity to express thanks to the NYS Parks department for its enthusiastic support of the ongoing preservation of this iconic Roslyn historic site.
