The pace of progress at the Roslyn Grist Mill has been striking in recent weeks, and the results are becoming impossible to miss! The siding on the west side of the building is now complete, the window framing has been finished, and work on the north side siding is well underway. The east side is next, and when that work is done, it will mark a genuinely historic moment: for the first time in generations, the exterior of the Roslyn Grist Mill will reflect how the building appeared when it was first constructed at the start of the 18th century. For residents who pass the mill regularly, the transformation already underway on Old Northern Boulevard offers a preview of what is coming, a landmark returning to itself, and a building that has anchored this community for more than 300 years finally looking the part again.
