The Roslyn Landmark Society announces the appointment of Tina Mai Fu as the newest member of our Board of Trustees. Ms. Fu will be presented on the ballot to be voted on by the membership at the Annual Meeting this coming fall.

Tina brings a deep appreciation for Roslyn’s history, beauty, and sense of place, along with a strong commitment to community service. A Roslyn resident for the past five years, Tina has developed close ties to the community through her family and local involvement, and she shares our passion for preserving the character and heritage that make Roslyn so special.

With more than 16 years of professional experience in the fashion industry, Tina has overseen large-scale development and production for high-end brands and retail programs. In addition, she is a small business owner, operating her own e-commerce jewelry business. Her background brings valuable skills in project management, marketing, creative strategy, and collaboration—expertise that will meaningfully support the Society’s work and outreach.

Tina is no stranger to community engagement. For the past three years, she has been actively involved with the Roslyn Estates Civic Association, where she helped organize community events such as a 5K race, summer carnival, Halloween festivities, and adult night. Through this work, she has contributed her creative talents to event branding and design, reinforcing her hands-on approach to service and leadership.

“I really value Roslyn’s history and want to play a more active role in preserving the beauty and character of our community,” Tina shared in her application. Her enthusiasm for learning more about the Society and helping safeguard Roslyn’s heritage for future generations reflects the spirit of stewardship at the heart of our mission.

The Roslyn Landmark Society thrives because of the engagement, generosity, and dedication of community members like Tina. Our work to preserve historic sites and educate future generations depends on neighbors who care deeply about where we live and are willing to give their time and talents in service.

We are grateful to Tina for stepping into this role and are excited to welcome her to the Board of Trustees. Please join us in extending a warm welcome as we continue our shared work to protect and celebrate Roslyn’s historic legacy.
