Thank you to all who attended "In Conversation with Anthony Wood & Rosanna Wolff" at the Bryant Library on Friday, July 18. During the event, noted preservationist and author Anthony Wood discussed his new book, Servant of Beauty: Landmarks, Secret Love, and the Unimagined Life of an Unsung New York Hero.
In his lively conversation with Roslyn Landmark Society Board Trustee and event moderator, Rosanna Wolff, Wood delved into the life and advocacy work of early 20th century preservationist, Albert Sprague Bard. He also shared many important insights into the evolution New York's historic preservation laws with the audience.
We extend a very special thanks to Anthony Wood for visiting Roslyn specifically to share his knowledge of historic preservation with our community and Rosanna Wolff for serving as moderator to facilitate the discussion during this special event.
