Resting in a lovely wooded lot, this house - with its glistening white paint and green trim - reminds one of a New England summer cottage or a Catskill camp building. This beautifully decorated home retains its original form and floorplan and exhibits all the characteristics of an English Arts and Crafts dwelling with wide-overhanging eaves, bay windows and diamond-shaped panes. The slightly curving roofline and the side porch which was enclosed in 1979 to form a home office are of particular interest.

One of the earliest houses in the Roslyn Estates development, the house was completed ca. 1907 and retains many original interior features such as ceiling beams, doors, hardware and staircase.
