The 14-room Roslyn Hotel stood on the south east corner of Milldam (Old Northern Boulevard and East Broadway.). The Roslyn Rescue Hook and Ladder No.1 was formed here. It also served as the real estate offices of Charles Seaman.
The building was demolished in 1960 when it was purchased by the Rsolyn Savings Bank
