At the November 2022 Annual Meeting, Dr. Robert Sargent announced his retirement from the Board of Trustees. Bob had wonderfully served as a trustee for over 16 years including serving a term as its president.
Bob earned a PhD in English and American Literature at New York University and is Professor Emeritus of English at Hofstra University where he was a dean and chairman of the English Department.
In appreciation of Bob's service, he received a small piece of the Roslyn Grist Mill.
Bob, you will be missed!
