Construction crews returned to the Roslyn Grist Mill last week to continue Phase 2 of the restoration. Work includes removing and replacing the last of the damaged beams, forming an additional concrete pier for a support post and building a scaffold for the timber framers.
The goal is to complete Phase 2 of the restoration by the end of December 2024 to celebrate the 125th anniversary of creation of Nassau County.
