Outstanding Italian restaurant. The chef is amazing. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating. A welcome addition to Roslyn.

NY City location was good a few years back, this location is average many friends have gone and are not happy. It should be much better than this for American Italian which is all it is so any reference to real Italian food is not so the majority of menu items are not even found on menus in Italy let alone the quailty. With 220 seats they will just pump out average food, sad as Roslyn could use an upscale Italian flair restaurant done at a high level.

Pietros is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Give them a chance to work out the kinks. As an Italian American I can say their food is real and if u haven't had good Italian food this might not fit ur tastes

Starting with plain atmosphere terrible bread mixed up order and unflavored lveal chop over priced salmon $45 meal was from a pizzeria Dont do it or under average at best !! Truth will change them !!!!

Good luck and best wishes. Im sure you will do a great job renewing the feeling of both restaurants and will be a welcome addition to Roslyn. Diane & Bruce

I hope that when Pietros opens it has more charm and class than the initial tables and decor shows. Right now it looks like the vibe is Pizzeria. Too bad if that is what it turns out to be. I am originally from Brooklyn -many years ago and a really excellent authentic Italian restaurant would be very welcome.

I cannot wait to go to the new Pietro's. You have a hard act to follow. So many of us loved The Jolly Fisherman. From all I've heard, you will do a wonderful job filling the shoes of TJF. Lots of luck. Keep us posted.
